Join us for our next big gathering with a stellar Balkan programme! The program is diverse just as we are: – Short film screening – ⁠Traditional Kolo/oro dance workshop for beginners – ⁠Balkan drag performance – ⁠Ballroom performance – ⁠and of course finishing with some DJ’s as you all enjoyed last times.

We will be collecting donations at the door, suggested is 5-15€. However, no one will be rejected for lack of funds, please come anyways, we are so happy to share this day with you!

Proceeds go split between the Turkish Hande Kader Trans Student Bursary and Prishtina Queer Festival.

Prishtina Queer Festival in Kosovo has been organised since 2023 and is trying to do the same this September 2025. However, even with hard work, their funds have been cut, as for all gender and queer projects in Kosovo, shifting to security issues. We want to raise funds so they can make it happen and also use to opportunity to make Berlin aware of the Prishtina Queer scene.

Hande Kader Trans Student Bursary got its name because of Hande Kader, a trans student activist who was murdered in Turkey. She couldn‘t afford her studies, became a sex worker and protested regularly, also resisting water canons at protests. Her body was found dead next to a road the year after.
