SONIC MASS is a new Berlin concert series focused on doom and sludge in its heaviest form.
The idea is simple: proper backlines, carefully curated bands, and a sound that is meant to be physically felt — not just heard. Too many doom shows end up running through small backlines that flatten the impact this music should have.
For the first edition we’re bringing two of the loudest bands in Europe to Berlin:

@cult_of_occult (Lyon)
@bbbwdoom (Dortmund)

They will be joined by Berlin’s own @pieceismetal , one of the city’s most established doom bands, and the younger generation represented by @___a___r___a_____ .

Between the bands, @madalinagaceanu will create a dark ambient / noise atmosphere, and the night will close with a live synthesizer set by @cha0sy .

All profits from the event will be donated to @cadus_org , supporting humanitarian aid in Gaza.
