Defying classic genre attributions, their music is best described as Indie/Alternative-Pop – Matija manage to create their own style, a imaginative mixture of genres and influences from various art forms and often inspired by real life.

With singles like White Socks, absolutelynothing(today), More Than Happiness and their two studio albums Are We An Electric Generation Falling Apart? and byebyeskiesofyesterday Matija appeared in various TV & film formats, radio rotations & playlists plus on stage with several tours, festival shows and as a support band to international acts.

Their first single, Touchdown Tuesday, from their upcoming EP Age of Anticipation, was released in July. Following that, they released Million Miles Away in September and Oceans Blue in November. Additionally, in November/December, they embarked on the Age Of Anticipation tour.
