Where the classic ideas of the indie rock revival reach their commercial limits, SIAMESE ELEPHANTS start cooking up their own brew. Seasoned with reminiscences of garage rock, funk, disco and the best moments of British band greats of the 2000s, the four Viennese musicians make guitar music without the frills – but with a ton of authenticity and an appetite for the unconventional.

A being driven by arbitrariness. In accordance with this self-invented guiding principle, Urbannino oscillates in his music between indie, post-punk, NNDW, pop and punk, just as he likes it. In his lyrics, the artist, who lives in Hamburg, talks about the things that young to middle-aged people are so concerned about in their Zeitgeist-Hedonism lives: Life, intoxication, love, excess, rage, heartbreak and somehow a lot in between.
